Description
Taken this evening from the back road from Pirongia to Te Awamutu, in the Waikato, North Island, New Zealand. This is looking towards the Pirongia Range, the lighting effects are approximately 10 minutes before the sun vanished below the horizon for the night.
I bracketed three shots, using tripod, cable release, and then combined in Photomatrix Pro 4, then made slight adjustments in Adobe Photoshop CS5.

I love how the sky has many shades of blue then all of a sudden, the sun rises and shoots out sunbeams between the beautiful clouds~! Bravo!!
