Missed Opportunity

This is taken along the street from our hotel in Singapore. Outside the Tanglin Shopping Mall. Theres a giant artificial Christmas tree, with many many lights. People gather there each evening and artificial snow is shot into the air, Singapore style. The snow is actually soap suds, shot from water canon type machines. The effects though are really quite amazing. the kids love it and play madly in it, getting covered head to toe!!

Not my usual style of work but taking the scene in, I was amused by this photographer facing away from all the action. In reality he was shooting along a light festooned street, but to the viewer it looks like he missed the action!!
