Taken this morning, handheld (tripod in a container on the high seas!!) from the waters edge of Ullswater Lake, in Cumbria, England. Taken by the A592, looking towards the Patterdale end of the Lake. I titled it Stoned Love, as the lake district is a mass of boulders, stones, and stone walls, and I love that! Also the supremes many years ago had a hit called Stoned Love!! really am showing my age now.
Thank you so much indeed dropping by to view this work, your time is appreciated, as too are any favourites, or comments.
Stupidly, back in the '70s I took part in a race the length of Ullswater at Easter. Boy was it cold, and I never made it to the end. At about 3/4s of the way I was knackered & had to be pulled out.
