Hi Everyone,
Just turned midnight in this sleepy back water in New Zealand, the passing from one year to another seems unnoticed. However I want to wish all of you here on Deviant Art best wishes for the New Year, I hope you have a good safe one with family and friends and that the coming year brings you health wealth and all that you dream for. It goes without saying a big thank you for your support and I hope that my work continues to grow and interest you further in 2019. Currently there's a Singapore theme not my norm, but I have just spent 4 days there on my own so free to shoot day and night, urban city shots and tentative foray into street photography. All new to me but it was god to do something different. Singapore leaves a positive spot in your heart and its somewhere I will return to again. Anyway enough rambling from me and just want to leave you with one final thought to consider. There are many of you that now visit my pages, look at my work, some even follow all of which I am truly honoured by. Should you have time though please look at my favourites folder as it contains work by a multitude of people that just leaves me in awe and they are more deserving of recognition than myself.

Thank you for visiting my page and journal. Rather belatedly this year I  kicked off with a different emphasis on the work of others that inspires me. Hopefully time allowing, there will be more journals, more frequently but each one featuring the work of one artist only. Basically featuring more of their work than normal. Each artist selected has inspired my work, and that of countless others on DA.

I will continue to favourite work of many and over time each will be featured, but individually from here on in. This time round the spotlight falls on foureyes    whose work many will be familiar with. I encourage you to look at his gallery, study the work and learn as I do from the contents.
